Delivery time between 7–9 working days, excluding the shipment pick up date.Clients will have to take care of the customs clearance process once the goods arrives at the local customs. After the customs clearance is completed, the goods will be handed over to DHL for delivery.   • Shipment Charges

The shipping rate is determined by the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. (The formula used to calculate the volumetric weight (kg) is Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5,000).
For multiple-piece shipments: use the greater of each package’s actual or dimensional weight (each rounded off to the nearest whole centimeter).
Shipments up to 21kg are calculated on a 0.5kg increment basis. A 1 kg increment applies for shipments equal or over 21kg.

  • I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

  • Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
